Video that
moves the needle.
Brand films, testimonial reels, social cut-downs, and product demos — written, shot, and edited so they earn their place in the budget.
Story first. Then cameras.
The wrong way to make a video is to book a crew and figure out what to say once everyone's standing around. Most expensive videos fail at the script stage, not the edit stage.
M13 video starts with a written outline and a single sentence answering: who is this for, and what should they do after watching? Everything else — shot list, location, tone — falls out of that.
Output ranges from a 90-second brand piece for the homepage to a 12-second social cut. Same approach: write it, shoot it tight, edit it tighter.
How a shoot runs.
Script + storyboard
Written treatment plus a rough storyboard for anything longer than 30 seconds. Approved before a camera comes out of the bag.
Pre-production
Location scout, talent brief, shot list, kit list. Permits and releases handled. Half a day of admin so the shoot day is just shooting.
Shoot day
Single-operator (me) for tight turnarounds, two-person crew for interviews and broll-heavy projects. Sound, lighting, and backups all handled.
Edit + colour
Two edit rounds included. Music licensed properly. Colour pass to match brand palette. Captions burned in or as a separate SRT — your call.
Cut-downs
Hero piece plus 3–5 platform cuts: 9:16 for IG/TikTok, 1:1 for feeds, 16:9 for YouTube. Built so you're not paying for one video and using it once.
Delivery
Final files via Google Drive & M13 Dashboard. Web-optimized MP4s plus a master ProRes for archive. You own everything.
